Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TV Gallery for Google Photos Smart TV application (the "App") and the pages at anytv.app/gallery (together, the "Services"), provided by Klebo Ltd ("Klebo", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
The App turns a Smart TV into a photo frame for photos and albums that you select in your Google Photos account. After you connect your Google account and choose albums, the App displays those photos on your TV as a gallery and slideshow. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Google account and third-party services
The App requires a Google account and works with Google Photos through Google's official interfaces. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's own terms and policies, including the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google services, their availability, or changes Google makes to them. Google Photos is a trademark of Google LLC. The App is developed by Klebo Ltd and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Google.
3. Your content
Your photos remain yours. The App only receives the photos and albums you explicitly select for the connected TV, only to display them on that TV. We claim no rights to your photos, do not store them on our servers, and do not share them with anyone. Removing an album from the selection, or disconnecting the App, ends the App's access to it.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights, or to display content you have no right to display;
- interfere with or abuse the Services or the interfaces they rely on, including attempting to circumvent technical or rate limits.
5. Availability and changes
The App depends on Google interfaces that Google may change, limit, or discontinue at any time. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including the App, its design, and branding (excluding your content and Google's trademarks), are owned by Klebo Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEBO LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY EUROS (EUR 50). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND NOTHING AFFECTS THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time; disconnecting from Settings attempts to remove the TV's Google Photos device entry and asks Google to revoke the account's access for the entire TV Gallery project. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Services, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–8) survive.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms, except that if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice, for example in the App or on this website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
